SunGarden Villa is a family owned Assisted Living Facility for the Elderly, where the clients’ needs and wants are a priority. Our family has been an active member in the elderly care industry for over 8 years, allowing us to apply the best known practices. We have taken Residential Assisted Living to a new level of excellence, quality and distinction.
Our mission is to take the worry out of carrying for your loved one, offering total care management in an age-in-place care home, so you can continue to enjoy sharing life’s moments together.
We realize that the health, well being and security of your loved one should be given special attention. It is for this same reason that at SunGarden Villa, our residents get exactly what they need – a fully comforting way of life. After all, their golden years are precious days that should be enjoyed in all ways possible.

Sungarden Villa is licensed by the State of California (Lic.#347004089), Department of Social Services to provide non-medical support for activities of daily living.
We carefully screen our staff with extensive background checks. Your loved one deserves to have all the comfort and security of a home. Our in-home care providers are extremely understanding, skilled and experienced in caring for the elderly.
Sungarden Villa is exclusively for people 60 years and older who are no longer able to live alone and independently, but do not require skilled nursing care.
We allow home health care nurses into our facility (under Doctor’s order) that provide nursing services including physical and occupational therapy.
We allow HOSPICE agencies into our facility for hospice care.
