Wellness Care Home is a state licensed 6-Bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly, RCFE located in Rocklin, CA. The administrator is a hands on Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant with dedicated years of experience in caregiving and rehab. The care is resident-centered, faith-based with an emphasis on physical, emotional and spiritual wellness. Dementia Waivers, Non-Ambulatory Waivers and Hospice Waivers are in place to serve those appropriately in need.
