Vitae Home Care is an assisted living residential care home in Granite Bay, a quiet, residential suburb of Sacramento. Our senior living facility offers elderly residents assistance in daily living, including meal preparation, bathing, dressing, laundry, light housekeeping and medication management. At Vitae Home Care, we pride ourselves in helping our residents remain independent and self-sufficient. We offer a variety of recreational and social programs, including beautician services, devotional services and on- and off-site activities. Our indoor and outdoor common areas provide spaces for events, relaxation and socialization. Because we are a small facility, we can offer one-on-one care and a home-like environment to our residents. Our facility can accommodate residents with a variety of needs, including residents in wheelchairs and residents with special dietary needs. We are also able to accommodate senior citizens with dogs. Although we have caring nurses on staff, we are not able to offer assistance to seniors with severe medical conditions.
