The Living Water Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) is fully licensed by the Sate of California located in Citrus Heights. We provide 24-hour non-medical care to seniors in need of personalized services, supervision and assistance essential for sustaining the activities of daily living or protection of the individual. At our RCFE, we provide high quality service in a family-like environment for our clients. The Living Water RCFE is the perfect alternative for seniors who can no longer live on their own at home, yet do not need complex medical supervision.
